Frequently asked questions
Does Keyra log what I type?
No. Keystrokes are never logged or transmitted. Text leaves your device only when you explicitly tap an AI action, and only that text is sent — solely to generate the result. Your personal dictionary and typing predictions stay encrypted on your device and are excluded from cloud backups.
Which languages does Keyra support?
The keyboard supports 14 typing languages — English, Turkish, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Indonesian, Arabic, Persian, Hebrew, Urdu and Hindi — each with word suggestions. The AI actions work with any language you write in.
Does it work in every app?
Yes. Keyra is a full Android keyboard, so Fix, Tone, Dictate and the rest are available anywhere you type: WhatsApp, Instagram, Gmail, Slack, your browser — any text field.
How is dictation different from normal voice typing?
Speak naturally and Keyra types exactly what you said, punctuation included. But you can also give it instructions — “write a polite message saying I'll be 10 minutes late” — and it composes the message for you.
Is Keyra free?
The keyboard is completely free, including all typing features. AI actions come with a free daily allowance; Keyra Pro (monthly or yearly, via Google Play) unlocks a much higher daily limit.
Is Keyra available on iPhone?
Keyra is available for Android today, and the iOS version is on its way to the App Store. The privacy design is the same on both platforms: no keystroke logging, AI only when you ask.
