Delete your account and data

You can permanently delete your Keyra account and everything we store about it, at any time. There are two ways to do it.
What gets deleted immediately: your account (the anonymous ID, and the e-mail address and name if you linked a Google account), your daily usage counters, and your subscription record on our servers. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Option 1 — In the app (instant)
- Open the Keyra app.
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete account and data”.
- Confirm. Your account and server-side data are deleted right away.
Option 2 — By e-mail
If you no longer have the app installed, send a deletion request to aioffice.apps@gmail.com with the subject “Keyra account deletion request”.
- If you linked a Google account, send the e-mail from that same address — that is how we verify the request is yours.
- If your account is anonymous (never linked), include the anonymous ID shown in the app so we can locate the record. Without it we may be unable to identify which record is yours — which is also why that record cannot be used to identify you.
We complete verified requests within 30 days (usually much sooner) and confirm by e-mail.
What is deleted, and what is not

⚠️ If you have an active Keyra Pro subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription — we cannot cancel it on your behalf. Cancel it in the store first, otherwise you will keep being charged:
- Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Keyra Pro → Cancel.
- iPhone: Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Keyra Pro → Cancel.
